Duo of salmon: Salmon rillette and cured salmon gravadlax, served with lemon and pickled cucumber

Duo of mushroom: Mushroom pate and garlic and truffle mushrooms, served with crostini (Vegetarian)

The main event:

Fillet of beef with an oxtail croquette, dauphinoise potatoes, smoked carrot puree and red wine jus

Slow cooked beef ragu with pappardelle and fresh herbs

Mushroom, Cranberry and brie wellington with parsley cream, pomme puree and seasonal vegetables (vegetarian)

Pumpkin and chestnut risotto with goat’s cheese, sage and watercress  (vegetarian)

To finish:

Chocolate tart, glazed dark cherries and amaretto cream
