Our Sussex based development kitchen has been buzzing during the process of creating our new menus for 2018. The focus has been on innovation, originality and current trends.
Our ingredients are sourced from award winning local suppliers accross Sussex and Surrey, meats are aged correctly and fruit and vegetables are chosen with the seasons in mind. We smoke and cure our own range of poultry, meat and fish in house to ensure the very best flavours.
We have always made a point of saying: the dishes on our menus are just suggestions! We love getting to work with our clients on new ideas which better reflect the tastes and preferences of hosts and guests alike.
This is where almost any of our catering menus can be served in a format where guests share food around the table, This is a growing trend for 2017 and we like it! Guests feel involved, interact and break down barriers whilst realxing and enjoying great food and wine.
Our barbecue menu comprises of a selection of the finest quality meats and fresh sea foods, marinated to produce unrivalled flavour. Our custom-built charcoal barbecues can cater for over 100 people each and gives our food a rustic smoky barbecue taste, unmatched by modern gas-fired equivalents. These flavours are complimented perfectly by a wide selection of cold salads and home-made condiments.
We’ve had many hours of fun in our development kitchen working on the presentation of these canapes so that they look (and taste) completely unique, delicious and exciting.
We use a variety of different canape trays with floral decorations tailored to suit your event such as slices of oak, slates, antique mirrors and many more. Ask as about bespoke canape trays - custom designed to compliment your specific theme.
Our collection of classic and more contemporary food, creatively displayed to enhance the experience. We’ve been gathering interesting platters, bowls, trays, boards and plates for a while now… and we’ve got quite a collection. The salads are colourful and interesting and are garnished to look beautiful on the multi-tiered display.
Our authentic Mediterranean paella recipes are cooked in pans up to 1.2m in diameter, providing not only incredible flavour but unrivalled visual appeal, adding colourful, aromatic and informal factors to any event.
We use Sussex raised, free range pork so that we know we're roasting only the highest quality meat at your event. Our pigs are slow cooked over charcoal for 8 hours to give a succulent depth of flavour and perfect crackling.
Bowl food is the perfect option for formal and informal standing receptions.
Our staff will circulate guests with decorative trays of carefully portioned mini dishes, garnished to look fabulous and flavours which explore the cuisines of the world.
Our extensive cold buffet comprises of a wide variety of home-made dishes to suit all tastes. There’s everything from continental inspired mezze style platters and charcuterie boards, to British classics like game pies, cheeseboards and quiches.
A wide variety of contemporary twists on our favourite classics, served piping hot straight to your plate by our polite, friendly serving staff.
