Here at Gastro, after a busy wedding season, we concentrate on providing private tastings for weddings to come for the next season and beyond.

This period of downtime also affords our team of chefs time to innovate and develop new ideas for future menus, striving to produce exciting, tasty and beautiful dishes for our upcoming clients.

Most recently, the chefs held a canapé development event, attended by staff and friends, to try out some new ideas, then discussing and rating them to pick the best in class.

As with all development, not everything will quite make the cut but as you can see, some fantastic new canapés made it to the menu and ready to be chosen for your wedding or event.
