Darren Allen

Darren has a wealth of experience in the catering & hospitality industry having worked in some of Surrey's finest golf clubs. From private dinners to gala balls and VIP clients, Darren's expertise & finnesse will leave any client delighted with the Gastro service.

OPERATIONS MANAGER...

David Bonner

Operations Manager

David has been running events for over 10 years. Starting off running small nightclub events, David is now responsible for running the Gastro team and was fortunate enough to co-manage one of the VIP restaurants at the Prestige Pavilion, the Official Olympic 2012 Hospitality arena. As well as heading up our events team, David is responsible for managing the logistical side of things and developing business ere at Gastro.

With a passion for flavour, Fraser is not afriad the experiment. Having worked on cruise ships & private yachts across the world, Fraser knowledge is vast and always trying new menu ideas & sampling the wierd & wonderful. Expect the unexpected.

Events Manager...

Imogen Hine

Events Manager Extraordinaire

Imogen is Gastro's senior event manager and handles our events, bookings & staff. Imogen's amazing organisation & keen eye for detail leaves no stone unturned, managing & exceeding our clients expectations. From private dinners for 10 through to Corparate Functions for 1000, Imogen delivers events with great enthusiam & success.
